<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for forming a titanium oxide film capable of using a low heat-resistant material for a transparent conductive film and a substrate by excluding a high temperature treatment, reducing cost thereby, realizing a flexible solar cell having flexibility and suppressing lowering of its activity, an apparatus for its forming, and a photoelectric conversion element equipped with such a titanium oxide film. <P>SOLUTION: In a state that an electric field where a conductive squeegee 21 is a positive electrode and a conductive substrate 2 is a negative electrode is applied, a mixed solution 23 in which titanium oxide particles are dispersed in a solution containing water or an organic solvent is applied on the conductive substrate 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
