PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an agricultural air conditioning device capable of suppressing a lowering of workability and a decrease of a planted area. SOLUTION: The agricultural air conditioning device 6 includes a plurality of indoor equipment 50 set on a plastic greenhouse 1, and outdoor equipment 10 connected with the indoor equipments 50 with a refrigerant pipe arrangement 7. It is possible to selectively set a plant cultivation shelf 79 or a cultivation stand 75 of a prescribed height in the plastic greenhouse 1, and to change an installation height of a plurality of the indoor equipment 50 according to a height of the plant cultivation shelf 79 or the cultivation stand 75.
