PURPOSE: A fuel cap structure is provided to prevent a fuel cap holding string from being twisted and protruded using an elastic member. CONSTITUTION: A fuel cap structure comprises a fuel cap(30), a fuel cap holding string(50), a fuel door rail part and an elastic member(70). The fuel cap holding string is attached to a fuel cap and a fuel door(10). The fuel door rail part is installed in the inner side of the fuel door. One end of the fuel cap holding string is inserted and the fuel door is opened, the fuel door rail part guides the movement of the other end of the fuel cap holding string. The elastic member is installed inside the fuel door rail part.
