<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a search device for applying a more general search request attribute to a query, and retrieving method and program. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A search server 10 is provided with: a training click log DB 12 for storing an input query and a click URL clicked by a user among URLs obtained by retrieving the input query by a search engine in association with each other; a training data creating part 21 for creating training data for machine learning on the basis of the input query and the click URL stored in the training click log DB 12; a machine learning executing part 22 for executing machine learning of learning data by using the training data; an attribute estimating part 23 for estimating a search request attribute for the input query which is stored in the training click log DB 12 and is not included in the training data on the basis of machine-learned learning data; and a query attribute dictionary 16 for storing the estimated search request attribute of the input query and the input query.
