PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce deterioration of noise or the like, and to improve receiving characteristics when noise is superposed. SOLUTION: Two operation circuits 10 and 20 for deriving an electrical power amount to a delay time of a transmission channel, consist of: FFT window extracting circuits 11 and 21; FFT circuits 12 and 22; pilot signal extracting circuits 13 and 23; IFFT circuits 14 and 24; delay profile threshold generating circuits 15 and 25; FFT circuits 16 and 26; and equalizers 17 and 27, respectively. In the two operation circuits 10 and 20, discrete-time position of output signals S2 and S3 given from decimating circuits 2 and 3 is changed, and the respective obtained results are synthesized by a synthesizing circuit 30. Thereby, an error can be suppressed by an average effect of synthesizing, and a reducing effect of the noise component can be also obtained. COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
