PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-pack cure type solventless adhesive which gives a composite film capable of maintaining the external appearance and adhesive strength even under the severe condition of preservation after high-temperature bactericidal treatment. SOLUTION: The adhesive comprises a diisocyanate component that has an average number of functional groups of 2 and contains a diisocyanate-terminated prepolymer obtained by reacting a diisocyanate, which contains an araliphatic diisocyanate, with a diol containing a macrodiol, and a polyol component that has an average number of functional groups of more than 2 and contains a diol containing a macrodiol and a crosslinkable polyol having three or more hydroxyl groups and/or a urethane-modified polyol in which the diol and the crosslinkable polyol are modified with a urethane and that the terminal acid modification is so partly carried out for the acid value as to become from 2 or more to 20 or less.
