<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonoriented silicon steel sheet combinedly having excellent mechanical properties and magnetic properties required as a rotor for a motor rotating at a high speed, and to provide a production method therefor. <P>SOLUTION: The nonoriented silicon steel sheet for a rotor has a composition comprising, by mass, ≤0.06% C, 1.0 to 4.0% Si, 0.05 to 3.0% Mn, ≤2.5% Al, 0.04 to 0.25% P, ≤0.04% S, ≤0.02% N, at least one element selected from the group consisting of Nb, Zr and Ti in the ranges satisfying 0<Nb/93+Zr/91+Ti/48-(C/12+N/14) and Nb/93+Zr/91+Ti/48-(C/12+N/14+P/31)<-6×10<SP>-4</SP>, and the balance Fe with impurities, and in which the area ratio of the recrystallized part is <90%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
