<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time for detecting the clogging of various types of endoscope conduits. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This endoscope washing and disinfecting apparatus 1 includes: a fluid flow passageway means that has a channel pump 26 and fluid flow passageways (80a-80b, 20 and 21) for circulating fluid flowing out from respective openings communicated with a plurality of endoscope conduits to the channel pump 26; a plurality of port CH solenoid valves 28a-28d provided in each of the plurality of endoscope conduits and opening/closing the circulating conduits communicated with the fluid flow passageways; a flow sensor 73 and a flow rate detection section 76 for detecting a change in the flow rate of the fluid passing through the fluid flow passageways; and a control section 70 for controlling the opening/closing of the plurality of port CH solenoid valves 28a-28d based on the detection result from the flow rate detection section 76 for minimizing the change in the fluid flow rate.
