<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently suppress oscillation of a motor by obtaining a bonding position of a laminated steel plate where distribution of a natural frequency of a core is dispersed after a shape of the core of a stator is decided. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In design of the core used for the stator of the motor, the shape of the core is decided based on output of the motor and the like (step S11). The bonding position in which the laminated steel plate where the core is formed is bonded by caulking is set (step S12). Distribution of the natural frequency of the core is obtained by an operation processing, such as a finite element method, (step S13). Obtained distribution of the natural frequency is sufficiently dispersed, and it is confirmed whether a previously decided target oscillation characteristic is satisfied or not. When it is not satisfied, setting of the bonding position and acquisition of distribution of the natural frequency are repeated (step S14). Thus, distribution of the natural frequency of the core can be dispersed after decision of the shape of the core and oscillation of the motor can efficiently be suppressed.
