PURPOSE: An organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve optical property such as color reproducibility or wavelength of light emitted from each pixel. CONSTITUTION: A thin film structure is formed on the top of a substrate. An insulating film is formed on the thin film structure. A pixel electrode is formed on the top of the insulating film. An optical path control member(190) is formed on the first pixel electrode. An assistant electrode is formed on the top of the pixel electrode. A separation wall includes a plurality of opening exposing the top of the assistant electrode.
