PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To promote strength improvement of a carrier, to enhance elimination of winding tendency of the carrier, and to achieve narrowing of a pitch width of a terminal. SOLUTION: The carrier of a first terminal member M1 has a first winding tendency to be warped in a way that the upper face of the carrier becomes inside, and the carrier of the second terminal member has a second winding tendency to be warped so that the lower surface becomes inside, while the carrier of the first terminal member M1 and the carrier of the second terminal member M2 are interposed in the longitudinal direction so that the lower face of the carrier of the second terminal member M2 appears on the upper face of the carrier of the first terminal member M1, and are joined in a state that the terminal of the first terminal member M1 and the terminal of the second terminal member M2 are positioned to be alternatingly aligned one after another.
