<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for sorting tokens by the size, in a game hall where many game machines such as slot machines and coin game machines using tokens as game media are installed. <P>SOLUTION: The token sorting apparatus includes: a token sending-out part 1 where small diameter tokens and large diameter tokens coexisting in the inside are aligned and sent out one by one; and a token discharge path part 10 for discharging the tokens sent out from the token sending part 1 while sorting them. The token discharge path part 10 includes: an acceleration area 14 formed so as to hold the token in an almost erected state and inclined downwards in the longitudinal direction to accelerate the sliding speed of the token by gravity; a small diameter token discharge area 15 provided to the downstream side of the acceleration area 14 and provided with a drop port 17 of an opening width wider than the diameter of the small diameter token and narrower than the diameter of the large diameter token, for discharging the small diameter token; and a large diameter token discharge port 19 for discharging the large diameter token which has passed through the small diameter token discharge area 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
