<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a detector in sensitivity by enabling scattering components inside the detector to be obtained. <P>SOLUTION: Upon detection of radioactive rays by using a (three-dimensional) detector 20 capable of distinguishing an energy and a detection position in a depth direction, an energy window for distinguishing between a signal and noise is changed depending on the detection position in the depth direction, thus making it possible to obtain the scattering components inside the detector.
