PURPOSE: Provided is a skin care device which smooths transdermal administration of ascorbic acid so that removes melasma, dirts, pimples, wrinkles, sebum from face, prevents aging and shows whitening effects. CONSTITUTION: The skin device comprises: a power supply part which an alternating current is input into; a processor part working by direct current supplied from the power supply part to control time, amplitude of vibration and the remaining amount of ionphoresis; a resonance part resonated by ultrasonic wave; an amplification part, which amplifies resonated pulse; and an electrophoresis vibration part.
