JOINING METHOD OF SHEET FOR CORRUGATED CARDBOARD BOX, AND JOINING DEVICE OF SHEET FOR CORRUGATED CARDBOARD BOX

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide proper sewing work by assuring exact bends of sheet on a splice margin side and a splice margin to be spliced side and by preventing a blind movement of a posture of sheets for a corrugated cardboard box having a square section to reduce a load given to a looper mechanism side when sewing the splice margin and the splice margin to be spliced of the sheets for the corrugated cardboard box composed of a unit of a pair of two sheets.

SOLUTION: In a sewing machine 28 comprising a needle mechanism 28b with a needle 28a and a looper mechanism 28d with a needle plate 28c, the needle plate 28c of the looper mechanism 28d is arranged on the inside of the splice margin 12a; the needle mechanism 28b is arranged on the outside of the splice margin 12b to be spliced; and the sewing part S is sewn by reciprocally moving the sheets horizontally from the outside to the inside of the sewing part S while keeping the square section of the sheets W1 and W2 for both the corrugated cardboard boxes and intermittently moving the sheets parallel to the first bending line 10 and while synchronizing the needle 28a with the reciprocated movement.
