<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling device for a heat exchanger having a high vibration suppressing effect, and a heat exchange device provided with the same. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The coupling device for the heat exchanger includes a pair of header tanks 140, 150, 240, 250, cores 110, 210, and a pair of side plates 120, 130, 220, 230, and couples a condenser 100 and a radiator 200 arranged in parallel to the laminating direction of a plurality of flat tubes 111, 211 with each other. The coupling device includes: bodies 11, 31 sandwiched between the condenser 100 and the radiator 200; first fitting grooves 12, 32 formed at one surface of each of the bodies 11, 31 and retaining the condenser 100 by being fitted to a side plate 120; and second fitting grooves 16, 36 formed at the other surface of each of the bodies 11, 31, extending parallel to the first fitting grooves 12, 32, and retaining the radiator 200 by being fitted to a side plate 230.
