<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, there is the case in which an elastic-resin-made grip part or a grip part, wherein a flexible material, a gel substance or gas is sealed, is used as the grip part for a barrel of a writing utensil or the like in order to impart antislip properties or grip easiness to the grip part, however, the elastic resin makes the grip part hard, while the grip part wherein a flexible material, a gel substance or gas is sealed, is optionally deformed, being elastic and too soft, with a poor sense of use. <P>SOLUTION: The barrel is configured such that the grip part is arranged and/or integrally provided thereon. The grip part is internally provided with a space by providing at least an inner layer and an outer layer therein.
