<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To limit the transmission band of a reference signal. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of transmission bandwidths of a reference signal are prescribed corresponding to a system band, a reference signal bandwidth, where the transmission bandwidth of each reference signal is layered, is prescribed, and the reference signal bandwidth lower than the uppermost one is composed by dividing the reference signal bandwidth of an upper hierarchy into a plurality of portions. A base station stores information on the reference signal bandwidth, where the transmission bandwidth of each reference signal is layered, for each system band, reports the information on the reference signal bandwidth of the transmission bandwidth of the reference signal to be used from the information on the reference signal bandwidth of the transmission bandwidth of the reference signal, sets the frequency hopping bandwidth of the reference signal, reports one of the reference signal bandwidths and the frequency hopping bandwidth as the information on the transmission bandwidth to which the reference signal should be transmitted, and sets the transmission band of the reference signal within a range of the frequency hopping bandwidth, based on the information on the reference signal bandwidth of the transmission bandwidth of the reference signal and information on the transmission bandwidth to which the reference signal should be transmitted. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
