SETTER FOR FIRING

PURPOSE: A setter for firing is provided not to cause problems such as the separation of a setter superficial layer and the bending of the setter in plasticizing work containing a low melting point metal oxide. CONSTITUTION: A setter for firing comprises a substrate and a coat layer having a spinel type crystal structure. The substrate comprises any one or both of alumina and mullite(3). The coat layer includes a superficial layer formed on an intermediate layer formed on the surface of the substrate or the intermediate layer surface. The superficial layer is made of a target object-derived chemical material and materials with low reactivity.
