PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a user intuitively know a change degree of speech speed of voice. SOLUTION: A speech speed conversion part 34 generates a voice signal S2 by performing speech speed conversion to a voice signal S1. A display control part 32 causes a display 24 to display a waveform confirmation image 40 in which the voice signal S1 and the voice signal S2 are contrastingly arranged. The waveform confirmation image 40 includes an area A1 in which the waveform W1 of the voice signal S1 before speech speed conversion is arranged along an X-axial time axis, and an area A2 in which the waveform W2 of the voice signal S1 after speech speed conversion is arranged along a Y-axial time axis, which are juxtaposed in the Y-direction. The display control part 32 arranges, with respect to a target section T1 designated in the voice signal S1 and a change section T2 corresponding to the target section T1 of the voice signal S2 after speech speed conversion, a line LA connecting start points of both the sections and a line LB connecting end points of both the sections in an area A3 between the first area A1 and the second area A2.
