A new compound of formula I with agitation effect on peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor d (PPARd), a pharmaceutical composition containing such compound, and the preparation method and the use in the manufacture of a medicament for treating or preventing disease that can be treated or prevented by activating PPARd thereof, in which the said disease is selected from metabolic syndrome, obesity, lipid abnormality, pathoglycemia, insulin resistance, senile dementia and tumor. A new intermediate used in the preparation of said new compound and the preparation method thereof.
