Graduated microwave absorber production involves providing necessary raw materials consisting of polyols, polyisocyanates and additives for forming foam with lossy, predominantly ferromagnetic powder material before polyaddition and chemical foaming. The merged raw materials are placed in a mold for subsequent mapping of geometric dimensions, where a free volume is filled up with particles of low permittivity. The mold is sealed before starting polyaddition and foaming processes.
