AN AC LED STRUCTURE

摘要

An AC light-emitting diode(LED) structure is provided. It includes: insulated substrate, LED group, the first metal layer and the second metal layer. The LED group has the first LED and the second LED which are insulated from each other and formed on the substrate separately. The first metal layer and the second metal layer, which are electrically connected between the first LED and the second LED, are respectively formed with the first shape distribution to make the LEDs inversly parallel connect to each other. Through the first metal layer and the second metal layer which are formed with the first shape distribution on the first LED and the second LED, can the LED group connect to other LEDs in series or parallel on demand, so that the operations of high current density or high voltage can be endured.
