PURPOSE: A method for producing a moisture sensor is provided to sensitively detect the moisture content in non-aqueous solvent and detect moisture of medicinal and pharmaceutical product. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a moisture sensor comprises: a step of pre-treating a glass slide with isopropanol; a step of coating the glass slide with silane compound; a step of vacuum depositing gold on the glass slide; a step of dividing gold electrode in a half; and a step of coating the gap between divided electrode with poly(1,5-diaminonaphthalene) nano fiber. The silane compound is (3-mercaptopropyl)trimethoxy silane, (3-aminopropyl)trimethoxy silane, (3-chloropropyl)trimethoxy silane, (3-iodopropyl)trimethoxy silane or (3-(phenylamino)propyl)trimethosy silane.
