PURPOSE: A compensation device for interruption of an electric power and a lowering input voltage is provided to by-pass power by using a first by-pass unit without additional by-pass circuit. CONSTITUTION: A rectifier(310) rectifies an AC voltage to a direct current voltage. A energy storage(320) stores the direct current voltage of the rectifier. A first by-pass part(330) transfers the electrical energy of the energy storage in response to switch control signals to the load(360). A first by-pass unit bypasses the current corresponding to the AC voltage of a transformer(340). The transformer transfers the voltage corresponding to the stored energy to the load. Transformer bypasses the voltage corresponding to the AC voltage through the first by-pass unit. A second bypass module(350) makes AC power source a short circuit in response to the switch control signals. A second bypass module switches in order to make a closed circuit of a transformer and a load. The load absorbs the electrical energy of the AC voltage or the energy storage.
