PURPOSE: A waste ascon regenerating device is provided to increase drying and separation efficiency capable of heating a melting/pulverizing part of a rotary drum in a short time to gain the recycled ascon of high quality with minimized fuel consumption. CONSTITUTION: A waste ascon regenerating device comprises a particle size control device(200) installed between a waste ascon input hopper and a cylindrical rotary drum and the cylindrical rotary drum including a drying/heating part and a melting/pulverizing part. The pulverized waste ascon is transferred to the cylindrical rotary drum. The drying/heating part has a transferring paddle. The melting/pulverizing part(110b) includes a rod-shaped transferring paddle.
