<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an umbrella support tool for mounting on vehicle body having high safety and durability, by eliminating a pivot point for connecting components to each other in the umbrella support tool which mounts the umbrella to a vehicle body moving on the road through human power and keeps a person riding the vehicle away from rain or sunshine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: A vehicle body mounting tube 15, which is detachably connectable to a head tube of a frame composing a bicycle, is connected to a handle support tube 11 via a connection mechanism part 25. The connection mechanism part 25 has a universal coupling 18 which is bendable in all directions. The umbrella 40 is held by a handle-receiving part 13 having a curved handle 41 mounted to the handle support tube 11, and the handle support tube 11 for supporting the umbrella 40 is used, by tilting in an arbitrary direction by the universal coupling 18 of the connection mechanism part 25.
