<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed amount filling apparatus capable of ensuring a fixed amount automatically with high density in a short time in a cup as the fixed amount is filled while a shape is secured, changing a content depending upon the cup to be filled, and allowed in easy switching by one filling apparatus since the bottom of the cup in a rotor can be vertically moved. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The apparatus includes a hopper with a vibrator for receiving food fed from a belt conveyor, a rotor with a cup-like space capable of quantitatively metering, a fixing tool for a spacer screw capable of adjusting quantitatively a space in the rotor, a rotation driving part for the rotor, and a receiver for receiving the food which is quantitatively fed.
