<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable apparatus, a display method and a display program capable of informing of a battery abnormality by detecting quickly the battery abnormality, when an impact is applied to a portable apparatus body. <P>SOLUTION: When detecting an impact applied to the portable apparatus body, information showing the state of a battery unit is referred to, and it is detected whether an abnormality occurs in the battery unit or not based on the information.
