<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce operator's operation errors caused by manual operations at different timings and efficiently perform testing when testing a plurality of test object programs. <P>SOLUTION: A computer for delivering test operation information includes: a means for extracting automatic operation information and manual operation instruction information from test operation information to be delivered to each of a plurality of test machines and sorting the manual operation instruction information for each test machine so that manual operations with the same content are performed on all or some of the plurality of test machines in the same timing; and a means for delivering the test operation information consisting of the sorted manual operation instruction information and the automatic operation information to each of the plurality of test machines.
