PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the connection abnormality of a network in a wireless communication network system provided with a relay.

SOLUTION: For each wireless communication network, one of a plurality of wireless terminals configuring the network is used as an ID management wireless terminal, and the ID management wireless terminal issues and manages the IDs of all the wireless terminals within its own network. The ID management wireless terminal randomly determines an ID type that it issues during initialization or the like. Then, every time when its own configuration information is updated, whether the ID which is not its own ID type is present in the configuration information, is decided (step S103), and when it is present, an alarm is generated.
