PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope storage case having a superior portability and smoothly executing an endoscopic examination even when having difficulty in corresponding it by a single endoscope. SOLUTION: This storage case 6 is formed with an endoscope apparatus storage space for storing a second endoscope 2B and an apparatus body 3, and an endoscope storage space for storing a first endoscope 2A which is different from the second endoscope 2B and, for example, has an insertion section longer than that of the second endoscope apparatus 2B.
