The method involves assigning a configuration of a radio transmission medium by a subscriber depending on direction of motion in which the subscriber moves. The time slot is assigned for the utilization for the transmission of a communication data packet by an individual subscriber depending upon direction of motion of the respective subscriber during an assignment of the configuration of the radio transmission medium and the transmission of the communication data packet of the subscribers in a successive time slot of communication interval. An independent claim is also included for a subscriber radio transmission device comprising a radio communication unit.
