<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a retardation film, having good contrast and excellent viewing angle characteristic, eliminating display unevenness of a liquid crystal display device, having optical compensating performance to stabilize image display, economical and having excellent productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The retardation film is obtained by drawing a substantially non-oriented film formed of amorphous resin (A) and thermoplastic elastomer resin (B) substantially presenting phase separation form to the amorphous resin (A) at least either in the longitudinal direction or in the width direction. A coefficient of static friction of the retardation film is 0.5 or less, front retardation R0 nm thereof ranges from 20 to 300 nm, and Nz coefficient ranges from -1 to 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
