The present invention is targeted at a cosmetic composition, in particular in stick form, formed of at least one liquid core comprising at least one fatty phase which is liquid at ambient temperature and held inside a solid sheath comprising at least one fatty substance which is solid at ambient temperature. It also relates to a cosmetic method for caring for and/or making up keratinous substances which consists in applying, to the latter, by means of a stick, a composition formed of at least one liquid core comprising at least one fatty phase which is liquid at ambient temperature and held inside a solid sheath.
