The invention further relates to a method for synthesising a marker reagent, a method for marking a biological molecule, a marked biological molecule obtained by said method, a method for marking and fragmenting a single or double strand nucleic acid, a marked nucleic acid obtained by said method, a detection kit for a target nucleic acid comprising a marked nucleic acid, a solid support to which a reagent is fixed and a method for trapping nucleic acids.
