PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated film having excellent dimensional stability capable of stably performing the processing at high temperature. SOLUTION: In the laminated film, a reinforced film layer (M layer) consisting of metals or a metal based inorganic compound is provided on at least one side surface of a biaxially oriented polyester film layer (F layer). Polyester composing the F layer is polyester containing a dicarboxylic component and a diol component. The laminated film contains (i) 6,6'-(alkylenedioxy)di-2-naphthoetic acid having the dicarboxylic component of 5 mol% or more and less than 50 mol%, and other aromatic dicarboxylic acid having the dicarboxylic component of more than 50 mol% and 95 mol% or less, and (ii) alkylene glycol having the diol component of 90-100 mol% of the number of carbon atoms of 2-10.
