PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method for evaluating the function of biological cells from a non-disease stage to a disease stage when the concentration of K, Na, CRP, and LDH in blood is out of a normal range or fluctuates in the normal range. SOLUTION: The first concentration of at least one or more elements from K, Na, CRP, and LDH in the blood of biological cells is detected. After detecting the first concentration, the second concentration of at least the same one or more elements from K, Na, CRP, and LDH in the blood is detected. The fluctuation from the first concentration to the second concentration is calculated, and the state of the blood from non-disease stage of being earlier than disease stage to disease stage is evaluated from the fluctuation.
