<p>The device (1b) has a connection section (2), a gas supervising part and a gas outlet (3). The device is circularly, rod-shaped, dome-shaped, disk-shaped, triangular or squarely formed. The gas outlet is formed by a perforated diaphragm, a lattice, an aperture plate, a porous ceramic such as silicate, aluminum silicate or cordierite or a porous plastic. The gas outlet is connected with the gas supervising part with the connection section. The gas outlet is made from ethylene propylene diene monomer diaphragm and plastic or stainless steel.</p> |
