PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a light from both sides of the first translucent part of inner portion and the second translucent part surrounding it, to enhance visibility by shielding surely the light in the first light shielding part to enhance a contrast, and to enhance durability against abrasion, compared with constitution of printing a light shielding paint on an operation face. SOLUTION: This operator unit 30 is constituted by connecting a key top 31 to a case body 32 by a hinge part 35, the key top 31 comprises an inner translucent body 50, and the first and second light shielding parts 45, 46. The first and second light shielding parts 45, 46, the case body 32 and the hinge part 35 are formed of a light shielding resin, and the inner translucent body 50 is formed of a translucent resin. The second translucent part 52 of the inner translucent body 50 is positioned to surround the first translucent part 51, in top view. The first light shielding part 45 is formed in a portion not belonging to the first translucent part 51 in an inside of the second translucent part 52, and is interposed between the first and second translucent parts 51, 52.
