PURPOSE: A biodegradable volatile corrosion inhibitor film is provided to prevent the corrosion of iron or nonferrous metal, to enable fast degradation during a biodegradable process, and to prevent the generation of harmful materials. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a biodegradable volatile corrosion inhibitor film comprises: a first mixing step(S10) for mixing sodium benzoate, benzotriazole, dextrin and gelatin to form a first mixture; a pulverization step(S20) for pulverizing the first mixture; a second mixing step(S30) for mixing metal with thermal conductivity of at least 200 Kcal/mhr°C and polyethylene wax with the first mixture to form a second mixture; a third mixing step(S40) for mixing a polyethylene resin with a second mixture to form a third mixture; and an extrusion step(S50) for extruding the third mixture through a film extruder. |
