PURPOSE: An optical cable terminal case is provided to prevent breakdown of an adaptor by installing the terminal case inside a door. CONSTITUTION: An optical cable terminal case comprises: a main body(100) which is divided by a separating wall(110) to two spaces and has an optical cable arrangement device(120) inner one side; an optical cable lead-in hole formed in upper side and lower side of the two spaces; an adaptor(200) mounted at an installation recess; and an optical cable cradle(140) which fixes optical cable.
