PURPOSE: A synthetic resin multi-layer pipe with a partition, a manufacturing device thereof, and a molding method thereof are provided to reduce the manufacturing time by forming a straight partition and a curved partition, and removing an existing horizontal wall at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A synthetic resin multi-layer pipe(15) with a partition comprises an outer wall(151), an inner wall(152), a middle wall(156), multiple outer partitions(153), and multiple inner partitions(154). The outer wall is separated from the inner wall. The middle wall is formed between the outer wall and the inner wall. The outer partitions are formed between the outer wall and the middle wall in a circumferential direction. The inner partitions are formed between the middle wall and the inner wall in a circumferential direction.
