PURPOSE: A sub muffler structure for a vehicle is provided to maximize the engine output by outputting the exhaust gas through a ventilation hole and a screw. CONSTITUTION: A sub muffler structure for a vehicle comprises an exhaust pipe(350), a sub-muffler housing(310), a first barrier(320), a secondary barrier(330), and an exhaust gas intake/exhaust pipe(340). The first barrier is installed on the inner side of the housing. The second barrier is mounted inside the housing and apart from the first barrier. The exhaust pipe passes through the first and second barrier. The exhaust pipe is installed on the bottom of the housing while being connected to the exhaust gas output side. The exhaust pipe passes through the first barrier from the second barrier. A screw is installed inside the exhaust pipe. A plurality of ventilation hole is formed on the exhaust pipe.
