PURPOSE: An apparatus for anti-leak of content in a tube container is provided to continuously extrude constant amount of content within the tube container, to prevent content from being flown out in end point time of extrusion, and to prevent content from being turned into due to external air inflow. CONSTITUTION: One side of an opening and shutting device(220) is inserted into an inducing path(212) of a fitting unit(210) in which an effusion groove(10) is formed in the inner side with constant interval. The fitting unit is inserted into one side of a fixture(230) in which an efflux hole(234) is formed and is fixed to a bonding groove(120) to form a flexible space part(20). The opening and shutting device directly opens and closes an outlet(112) so that external air does not flow in through outlet within a body(100) in the flexible space part.
