PURPOSE: A nonutility generation electric vehicle is provided to produce the electricity using the torque of a windmill and to rotate a motor. CONSTITUTION: The length of the blade of windmill is half of vehicle width. The windmill is located inside the middle of a ventilation duct. A pillar(10) has a bearing. A chain gear(110) is attached to the back side of the pillar and the windmill is attached to the front side of the pillar. A chain(111) with the chain gear is combined with a gear(50). The chain is connected to a free gear(160) of a long shaft mounted on a space(5).
