PURPOSE: A bicycle parking tower with an automatic charging function for an electric bicycle is provided to conveniently convey the bicycles in four directions within a tower through a chain operation method. CONSTITUTION: A bicycle parking tower with an automatic charging function for an electric bicycle comprises a tower, a bicycle parking strip(200), a bicycle transfer device(300), and a control device. The bicycle parking tower comprises a bicycle input and output part. The tower comprises a path(110) to convey the bicycle. The bicycle parking strip safely keeps the bicycle within the tower. The bicycle transfer device moves in a horizontal direction within the tower in order to transfer the bicycle. The control device controls the operation of the bicycle transfer device.
