The blind has a trapezoid or rectangular occultation web (11) mounted on a rolling tube (12) and driven by a drawing bar (13) guided in two guide rails (16, 17). A balancing cable (26) is moved in the drawing bar between two guiding elements i.e. reference pulleys (24, 25), provided on the drawing bar. The balancing cable has two end portions (262, 263) connected to common actuation units i.e. motor (23), systematically applying displacement distance to the end portions. The actuating units include a motor for ensuring winding and unwinding of the end portions.
