PURPOSE: An egg yolk or a whole egg composition having healthful effects is provided to prevent a lipid metabolism disorder and a cardiovascular disease by reducing insulin levels and blood neutral fat levels in case people intake the egg yolk or the whole egg composition for a constant time. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for an egg yolk or a whole egg composition includes the following: homogenizing Yolk from eggs; emulsifying and adding vegetable oil with a miser in a temperature condition of 35 ~ 45°C; manufacturing a yolk composition with the ratio of 1:1±0.1 between omega-6 fatty acid and omega-2 fatty acid; and adding the 2.7 times of yolk additionally. The vegetable oil is the linseed oil. |
