PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of thermal strain in a heat pipe by shaping a spacer to be equipped on the heat pipe for the prevention of contacting abrasion into a spiral coil. CONSTITUTION:A spacer equipped around a heat pipe 2 inserted into a penetrated hole 4 on a pipe plate 1 for the prevention of contacting abrasion is shaped into a spiral coil 3. In this construction, when a spiral coil 3 is fitted and given spot weldings 5 around the heat pipe 2 on its both ends, it can be equipped to the heat pipe 2 without giving any change of organization, residual stress, and deformation. Even if an axial displacement is given to the heat pipe 2, the pipe plate 1 and the heat pipe 2 are prevented from contacting and abrasion, and the heat pipe 2 is easily displaced by the elasticity of the spiral coil 3 itself. Besides, the double fitting of spiral coils of a large and a small diameter is more effective. |
